**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a professional and visible presence at the front of the store, acting as a deterrent to potential loss and dishonesty
* Wear a body-worn camera to ensure the safety and security of our stores and customers
* Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to respond effectively in critical situations
* Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
* Establish and maintain a strong presence at the front of the store or in designated areas, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
* Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure and safe environment
* Adhere to all careerzynith policies and procedures, documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Who We're Looking For:**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
* Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* Prior retail or security experience is preferred, but not required
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
