As an Experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, while also providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to preventing loss and dishonesty, while also promoting a positive and inclusive shopping environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty in the store
* Wear a body-worn camera to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees
* Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to respond effectively in critical situations
* Maintain a professional and proper stance in the designated area at the front of the store
* Greet customers with courtesy and respect, and respond to their requests for assistance
* Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department to monitor customer activity
* Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
* Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure the store is secure
* Adhere to all careerzynith policies and procedures, and document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Who We're Looking For:**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload, and manage time effectively
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong focus on customer service and security
* 0-2 years of retail or security experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
