Role Overview As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing first-level technical support. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective assistance, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries through our online chat system, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assisting with order processing and account questions, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information * Providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support specialists when necessary * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts, issue resolutions, and customer feedback * Collaborating with the support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support Schedule Options We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our Live Chat Support Specialists work in three shifts: * Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) * Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) * Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) Must-Have Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Reliable internet service with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps * A desktop or laptop computer with a recent operating system and a reliable browser * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute) * Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely * A dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions We're Looking For We're seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, a patient and professional attitude, and a commitment to scheduled hours.
