**Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Support specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients and residents.
* Assisting clients and residents with questions and concerns regarding our services, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's policies and procedures.
* Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
