Job Summary As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling live chat messages for our creators on their website and social media accounts. You will be provided with access to their Blithequark account and comprehensive training to ensure you can respond to common questions and provide excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a new career or gain experience in customer support, as no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages from website visitors and social media followers, providing timely and accurate support. Answer frequently asked questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to customers. Work independently, using your own device and reliable internet connection to access our platform. Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses. Collaborate with our creators and support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Continuously learn and improve your knowledge of our platform, products, and services. Essential Qualifications A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. 10+ hours of availability per week. No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms.
