The role involves managing a multi-million-dollar ledger, ensuring accurate billing, and reconciling payments for a diverse global client base.ResponsibilitiesManagement of a multi-million-dollar ledger with a global client baseAccurate and timely billing of course fees for these clientsReconciliation and allocation of paymentsStrong communication skills for quick resolution of queriesSkillsPrevious collections experience within an accounts receivable department is essentialGood Excel skills, which will include v-look-ups, pivot tables, and aptitude with other software packagesGood level of general education.
