[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will engage with real estate brokerages and high-performing teams to generate leads and support the sales organization.ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K ACV rangeRun high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to reach brokers, team leads, and executivesDevelop a sharp understanding of how brokerages operate, make technology decisions, and grow their businessCreate qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives with clear discovery and qualification criteriaBuild and maintain your own pipeline from scratch. This role requires a high degree of ownership and self-prospectingTrack activity, learn from data, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversionWork closely with sales leadership to sharpen targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategySkills1+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role using phone, email, or social outreachExperience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accountsFamiliarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone presenceReal estate industry experience is highly preferredBA/BS degree preferredBenefitsStock optionsFlex PTOComprehensive health, vision, and dental benefitsCompany OverviewLuxury Presence is a website and marketing system used by the world’s leading real estate agents and brokers.
