**Join our team as a part-time Online Specialist**
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis (24 hours/week). As a key member of our online support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant product information and recommendations
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging
* Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
* Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
* Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate
* Stay up-to-date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices
* Attend regional trainings twice a year
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and navigating different software programs
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Professional demeanor
* Passion for beauty and conservation
* Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends, and some holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a live chat or email support role
* Familiarity with luxury beauty products and trends

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
