**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
* Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
* Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services
* Utilizing computerized systems to track and manage customer requests efficiently

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
