As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information. Assist clients with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
