Experienced Litigation Attorney - California Licensed Only
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Experienced Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in California to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced legal professionals to contribute their expertise across a diverse range of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more. As a Litigation Attorney, you will provide strategic legal advice, conduct comprehensive research, draft legal documents, and support litigation efforts—all while maintaining flexibility to accommodate your schedule. This position is ideal for attorneys looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative environment that values innovation, integrity, and professional growth.
• Conduct detailed legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
• Draft clear, precise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies, land use regulations, and tribal law compliance.
• Assist in negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Support litigation processes by preparing case files, managing discovery requests, and tracking case progress.
• Stay updated on evolving laws across multiple practice areas such as workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and securities law.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Active bar admission in good standing with a clean disciplinary record
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, commercial, corporate or employment law
• Proven ability to independently manage a client-facing caseload with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to client service.
