**Key Responsibilities**

As a Life Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely support to our policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on life insurance products and services
* Processing customer transactions and updates, including policy changes and claims
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the life insurance industry
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A positive and customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with life insurance products and services, including policy administration and claims processing

* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CSCP, CSPT)
