Your superb customer service skills will enable you to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting, serving as a customer advocate and delighting our valuable customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions reflect blithequark's purpose and values Research, respond to, and interpret company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming customer inquiries and respond to customers via phone or written communications Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Essential Qualifications Be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance Possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment Be proficient in MS Windows-based applications and have advanced PC skills Preferred Qualifications Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery is highly desired Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Education and Compensation A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
