About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Response Center (CRC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate, identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service and business outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales performance.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

A valid Active Producer insurance license in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Proficiency in using technology, including computer systems, software applications, and communication tools.
A quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace with dependable, wired internet connectivity (upload speed of at least 5Mbps and download speed of at least 25Mbps).


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of Personal Lines products and programs, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
