**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
* Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to other departments
* Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
* Multi-task and problem-solve under pressure
* Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
* Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
* Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
* Manage confidential information effectively
* Work independently and as part of a team
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
* Typing speed of 40WPM
* Proficient with MS Office Suite
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous pharma products experience a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
