**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Proactively reaching out to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage or save on premiums.
* Utilizing effective communication skills to explain policy features, coverage options, and billing processes to clients in a clear and concise manner.
* Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail when updating client information, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system.
* Actively listening to client feedback and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
* Collaborating with insurance agents and other team members to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services to clients.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing paperwork, processing payments, and organizing office supplies.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active 220 or 440 Insurance License.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
* Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
