You will collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED * Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law * One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly desirable. **Education** A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. **Business Overview** At arenaflex, we're committed to delivering enhanced human-centric healthcare for a rapidly changing world.
