* Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for real-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals when engaging with non-English-speaking leads.
* Guiding leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking.
* Entering and maintaining lead information accurately in our Airtable CRM.
* Providing occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above).
* Experience in customer service, sales, or lead handling preferred.
* Comfortable using AI tools to support communication and workflow.
* Familiarity with Airtable or similar platforms is a plus.
* Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
**Schedule & Compensation**
