**Job Summary**
As an Integrated Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. **Primary Responsibilities**
* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
* Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Job Qualifications**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience: 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry. Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents is highly desirable.
* Skills:
+ Accurate typing and spelling skills, with the ability to type 50 wpm with no errors.
+ Proficient with AS400, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures.
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
