As a work-from-home Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling property & casualty (p&c) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone * Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium * Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and better meet the needs of the consumer * Counseling policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance * Making recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes * Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting all activity in EPIC * Utilizing knowledge of the insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service * Identifying opportunities to apply discounts, processing insurance verification forms for insured, and acting as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies * Processing changes to policies within EPIC and submitting changes to specific companies, following up with the company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner * Reviewing policy information and referencing company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims * Mailing insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer * Recognizing cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtaining quote information **What We Offer** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * A competitive hourly rate, depending on experience and salary zone * Eligibility for Annual Merit Increase * Comprehensive Health benefits package, including Paid Time Off (accruals begin on the first day of employment), 401(k) plan with a company match, Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision Coverage, Tuition Reimbursement, Life Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts * Nearly 4 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year * Paid time off to volunteer * Tuition reimbursement * 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% * Free AAA Premier Battery Membership **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment * Property and Casualty insurance license required * Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment **What We Value** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
