**Role and Responsibilities**

* **Achieving Cross-Sell Goals**: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.) to help our clients achieve their insurance goals.
* **Encouraging Client Referrals**: Ask after every interaction to encourage client referrals and grow our business.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
* **Licensing**: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
