Your primary goal will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. Your timely and accurate responses will help enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through the Instagram app.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings
* Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions
* Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app
* Work independently and adhere to detailed instructions
* Commit to at least 10 hours of availability each week
* Maintain a reliable internet connection
**Skills and Background Needed:**
* Possess a device (phone or tablet) with access to Instagram
* Ability to work independently and adhere to detailed instructions
