This role involves assisting with global deployments, implementations, migrations, and troubleshooting of an enterprise network, specifically focusing on Palo Alto firewalls.ResponsibilitiesWork on projects and initiatives surrounding Palo Alto firewallsResearches and recommends updated networking techniques and processesDevelops, documents, and publishes project plans for large projects as designated by managerResearches and recommends updated networking technology and techniquesProvides management with a status of work in progress on a frequency defined by managementSkills8-10+ years of relevant IT work experience with at least 3-5 years working on Palo Alto firewallsExpert level Firewall experience (Palo Alto)Expert level Data Center network experience (Cisco preferred)Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experienceDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of NGFW and FWaaSExperience with general IT concepts beyond their primary disciplineGood interpersonal skills; effective team playerGood analytical skills with attention to detailAdvance knowledge routing and switchingGood knowledge of general data center technologyIdeally this candidate needs to sit in EST or CST.
