Experienced Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) – Remote Sales & Marketing Role at careerzynith

**Job Summary**
As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for promoting careerzynith's advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the US and Canada. You'll be working in a supportive virtual team environment, with the flexibility of a remote workspace. Your primary goal will be to hit and exceed monthly sales targets, while staying ahead of daily metrics and managing rejection effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote careerzynith's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.
* Your task is to acquire as many businesses as possible. You will work one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners – all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Say goodbye to that dreaded commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Become an expert in careerzynith's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to match customer desires – asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.
* Reap and constantly exceed month-to-month sales goals – strong working ethic and tenacity are key!

**What It Takes to Succeed**
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR;
* Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone.
* Widespread computer and email skills – we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions.
* Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* Should possess current US sales authorization.
