**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
* Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their tickets
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
* Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket resolution

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
* Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (or similar productivity software)
