**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Inbound/Outbound/Chat Specialist – Automotive Call Center Representative to join our team in Plymouth, MI. As a key member of our call center, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales through inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions, to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with automotive industry products and services
