**The Role**

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our energy solutions to customers. You will work in a remote environment, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, and will be an integral part of our team's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they are met
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management for prompt resolution
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
* Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them as necessary
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (arenaflex values diversity and is committed to providing services to customers in multiple languages)
* Some sales and customer service experience (arenaflex provides training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role)
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus (arenaflex uses Excel for data analysis and reporting)
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations (arenaflex provides training and support to help you manage challenging customer interactions)
