What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow both pipeline and revenue in the assigned region through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with strategic reseller and alliance partners to create customized sales programs
- Work cross-functionally to build alignment among sales, engineering, customer support, and other teams
- Stay informed on regional partner landscape changes and identify new markets to scale
- Train and enable partners and customers on enterprise security and networking technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in growing pipeline and developing partner programs in cybersecurity
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and networking markets and technologies
- Experience with SAAS applications such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Suite
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in building relationships with large cybersecurity reseller partners
- Experience in creating structure from ideas and concepts as a self-starter
- Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional stakeholders
