Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and we're committed to supporting your growth and development throughout your career with blithequark. **What You'll Do** As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them reunite with their missing pets. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing fur-babies and providing a positive experience for our customers * Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents * Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction * Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Why You'll Love Working with blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to building a workplace where every employee is welcomed and valued.
