**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
