Our focus is on mitigating attack risks, securing cloud transformation, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability within our team. **About the Role** As an Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You will work closely with international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet a scalable, agile, and nimble shape. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Contribute** * A strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with experience in SailPoint implementation * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules * Experience with exchange deployment/release management **About Our Team** At blithequark, we're a team of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and service specialists who make an epic impact and are at the forefront of the next retail disruption.
