Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Multimedia Support:
Β Provide creative support for a diverse range of projects, both print and digital, with an emphasis on producing compelling digital ads and engaging social media graphics.
Β Collaborate closely with marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually captivating content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Content Development and Curation:
Β Collaborate with the marketing team to curate and develop engaging content for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
Β Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, to enhance storytelling and drive user engagement.
Social Media Coordination:
Β Monitor and manage our organizations presence across all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Β Monitor organization mentions, manage inboxes and track and analyze social media metrics and insights to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
Website Management and SEO Optimization:
Β Maintain and update content on our website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
Β Prepare and schedule blog posts and press releases, optimizing content for organic search visibility and social sharing.
Digital Advertising Support:
Β Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other online advertising networks.
Email Marketing Administration:
Β Maintain MailChimp audiences and platform, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Β Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns, tracking performance metrics and iterating on strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Minimum Requirements:
Β Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field and/or minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
Β Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and Office 365, (or similar project management tools).
Β Fluency across social media landscape, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
Β Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
