**Job Summary:**
As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals. You will also verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy, following a standardized pattern of operations with close attention to detail. This role requires a strong working knowledge of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
* Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
* Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry operations
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong working knowledge of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
