**Key Responsibilities**
As an HTML Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform
* Communicating with new and/or current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger
* Maintaining and updating internal advertiser spreadsheets
* Providing written and oral updates regarding campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the rest of the team
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong understanding of online marketing principles and practices
* Proficiency in HTML and CSS
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Experience with email and instant messaging platforms
* Strong computer skills, including typing and computer shortcuts
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
