We're seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, you'll partner with regional and local HR teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions. Your expertise in Workday transactions and data input will ensure employee information integrity, while supporting HR initiatives that empower employees to do their best work.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately.
* Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes.
* Supporting company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement.
* Learning and implementing tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes.
* Creating, updating, and managing the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively.
* Analyzing, intake, and operationalizing new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Conducting system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and documenting findings for process improvements.
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB).
* Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist.
* Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
