We're seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Home Based Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll be responsible for transcribing information in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you'll work independently, submitting completed assignments in the required format.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Gather and organize material for data entry tasks
* Type memorandums, reports, and other documents using stipulated word processing software
* Prepare work in accordance with prescribed formatting guidelines
* Proofread assignments and amend mistakes before submission
* Submit completed work via email or online portal
* File and store copies of completed assignments
* Maintain a record of completed tasks and log hours worked
* Stay up-to-date with changes in pertinent word processing software
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
