Job Overview
In this position, you will receive and respond to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources, and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting clinical and demographic information, entering data into our portal, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with callers, including those with complex requests or concerns
Collect and accurately enter clinical and demographic information into our portal
Comply with all arenaflex policies, including HIPAA/PHI regulations
Strive to meet or exceed individual performance goals in areas such as call quality, attendance, adherence, and other contact center objectives
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and promote a positive, supportive work environment
Utilize dual monitors and multiple applications to efficiently manage calls and data entry
Apply intermediate keyboarding skills, including data entry while actively listening to callers
Leverage search engine abilities to troubleshoot and navigate various systems and tools


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry, with familiarity with medical terminology
Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
Intermediate keyboarding skills (at least 30 WPM) and data entry abilities while actively listening
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment


Internet and Technical Requirements
To ensure a stable and secure connection, you will need:

High-speed internet with a fiber or cable connection (DSL, satellite, wireless, and hotspot connections are not permitted)
Internet speeds of at least 2mb/10mb upload and 10mb/25mb download
A reliable computer and headset, with the ability to hardwire using an ethernet cable
