**Your Role at careerzynith**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries, including inbound calls from medical professionals
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and adaptable
* Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
* Providing support for Health Care Providers and researching benefit information
* Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate complex situations and adapt to changing priorities
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
