[Remote] Regional Manager- Field Sales

Pos Service Holland is seeking a highly driven Regional Manager – Field Sales to lead business development and account growth within an assigned region. This role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market expansion across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing accounts across assigned region and channels (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Specialty, Non-Automotive, and Rebuilder markets)Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presenceDrive “pull-through” sales by engaging and converting target installer accountsConduct regular in-person customer visits (up to 75% travel)Collaborate with Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategiesExpand business within existing accounts through product growth and program executionBuild strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness in the fieldProvide market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needsSupport resolution of customer issues related to pricing, supply, quality, and serviceMaintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM toolsRepresent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetingsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience5–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, or related industriesProven track record in account management and new business developmentStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferredStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license requiredExperience working across multiple sales channelsPassport preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompany OverviewPos Service Holland is a wholesale firm that supplies starter motors, alternators, test equipment, cores, AC compressors, and spare parts.
