Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Providing feedback on call issues
Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months Customer service experience preferred
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer system
Proven oral & written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
Internet Requirements:
Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
Proof of internet speed required
