As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Did you know that our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company?** At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology, to request and verify benefits * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers * Providing support for Health Care Providers * Researching benefit information * Handling situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research * Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people β people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
