About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Utilize live chat to provide real-time support to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
Conduct quality checks with customers from the prior day to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Schedule visits with maintenance customers and follow up on reviews, both positive and negative
Offer promotions to customers on our list, upselling and cross-selling arenaflex products and services
Provide general inbound customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or telephone support environment
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
