* Educate patients on financial options, including self-pay, billing, and payment plans
* Meet department quality and productivity metrics while delivering exceptional service
**What We're Looking For**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
* 1-Year of Inbound Call Center Experience (Required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
