Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities Own feature development for Binance Square, including content creation tools for producers and interaction features for consumers. Drive product roadmap execution from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless user experience for crypto content creators and traders. Iterate on core product features based on user feedback and market trends. Build and optimize operational tools and workflows that empower the content operations team to drive high quality content growth. Develop content governance mechanisms and creator support features to maintain ecosystem health. Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and technical implementations. Work closely with data science teams to analyze key product metrics, identify growth opportunities. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain product development velocity and strategic alignment. Requirements 8+ years in content/community product management, preferably in social platforms or fintech. Large-scale user product experience (Millions level DAU Product) highly preferred. Experience with creator economy or social trading platforms is a plus. Strong product design and planning capabilities with expertise in user experience design, feature. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving crypto industry environment.
