You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself in a dynamic and supportive team. **Your Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **We're Looking for Fearless Individuals** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional patient experiences and build strong relationships with our customers.
