**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat on our websites. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for a positive interaction.
* Addressing and resolving inquiries regarding products and services, using your knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
* Utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and efficient customer support, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible experience.
* Managing your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed, with the convenience of daily payments that fit your lifestyle.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers.

**Contract Terms**

We offer open-ended contracts with no fixed duration, giving you the flexibility to work as long as you like. This means that you can choose to work with us for as little or as long as you want, without any commitment or obligation.

**Compensation**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, depending on the complexity of the inquiries and your performance. Your earnings will be based on your individual performance, and you will have the opportunity to earn more as you grow and develop in your role.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Access to a device capable of connecting to social media and handling website chat functionalities (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
* The ability to work independently while closely following detailed instructions.
* Availability to work at least 5 hours per week.
