**Essential Qualifications**
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a focus on data entry and patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex's confidentiality policies
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
