Job Summary We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our SEO clients, managing their campaigns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, providing clear and effective communication to our clients. Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results for our clients. What We Expect from You At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients. Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with our clients. Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team members and communicate effectively. Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize data efficiently. Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas. Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Working Hours and Environment We offer a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your own time and work independently, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
