[Remote] UI/UX Designer

They are seeking a UI/UX Designer to build and manage their website's visual appearance, collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Head of Product to ensure the site effectively communicates the brand's message and is optimized for conversions.ResponsibilitiesCreate digital assets for web, landing pages and email newslettersCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design conceptsCreate HTML5 assets for email, display banner and websiteResponsive image adaptations for the website and digital productsTranslate user research and insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutionsPartner closely with Marketing (Brand and Creative) to ensure designs are on-brand and are in alignment with marketing objectivesDevelop responsive web designs that are visually appealing and optimised for conversionWork with the Growth team to come up with new design variations, AB test them and implement learningsStay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologiesSkills1+ years of proven work experience designing UX and UI and visual design for ecommerce brandsBachelor's degree in graphic design, web design or related field preferredStrong portfolio showcasing visual assets for premium brandsProficiency in Figma. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva a plusExperience with Shopify a strong plusSolid understanding of website design principles and best practices, up-to-date with the latest web design trendsWillingness to think beyond esthetics and cooperatively working on solutions that drive actual conversionsA keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industryBachelor's degree in graphic design, web design or related field preferredProficiency in Figma.
