About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide product walkthroughs, and offer timely and accurate solutions to their queries. Key Responsibilities Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers Ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues Answering questions over email, phone calls, and live video calls Finding ways to go above and beyond to help customers About You To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, including empathy, patience, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset. You should have previous experience in a customer support role or at a start-up, with a strong analytical background and solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with databases, including SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, is also essential. Additionally, you should be fluent in German, both verbally and in writing, and have experience working with support or service software such as Zohodesk.
